ISPC - Communications Plan 2020

In 2020, as the assistant manager of the collections department - I created the communication plan to improve the collection debt rate by creating email templates, text messages, mobile app and communication strategy.

Results: From their debt ratio of 4.9% it was reduced to 2.3% by providing a better communication style and making our communication support more approachable. 

SOMA - Branding 2018

To increase virtual and in-person sales we created an internal project as personal branding with existing clients by using the online virtual assistant to complete online sales using SOMA to create an online experience, using creativity, product positioning- clarity and Social activities- Enhance your Company Image.

Results: From usual daily sales of 30 tops per day, we increased 50 tops per day for a whole week during campaign season.

LED Technologies - Conflict Management 2022

Assist, create and develop conflict management styles to minimize and solve the different disputes using Amazon, company's website, internal email or phone communication. Our goal is to create positive results due to delivery issues or if a device is malfunctioning. This key management skill involves using different tactics depending on the situation, negotiation, and creative thinking.

Results: From 73 email complaints per day, it has been reduced to 20 email complaints per day.
